Our Services

Integration

We are able to handle the production of a product from the assembly up to the integration.

Assembly

We carry out assembly of SMD and Through-hole electronic components.

Wiring

We are also able to carry out all the wired part according to the current standard.

Automatic Inspection

An automatic Inspection is realised with the SAKI AOI for all our assembly.

Final Inspection & control

In addition to the automated inspection, every product undergo a quality control and validation by an operator before packaging.

Test

At the request of the customer, a test is done with a specific station dedicated to the product.

BGA Rework Station

In case a BGA need to be manipulated, we have at our disposal the equipment and competences needed in order to unsolder it without damaging/affecting the rest of the PCB and to effectuate the soldering of a new one.
